Our vineyards are located on the first hill of the Tidone valley, coming from the Po plain. The first steps to build our farm were taken by our ancestor Guglieri Isaia , who began making wine in a small cellar . The basement contained wooden barrels which were used for winemaking . During a renovation a space was discovered where bottles of wine were found to be buried in sand so as to preserve them. Our 600 year old , expertly built, home is one of the oldest houses in the area and is located in the middle of the vineyards , as in a protective hug. Our small company has always worked to improve quality, primarily by replanting the vineyards and by introducing innovative production techniques. We follow the instructions of the latest research by the Institute of Viticulture, Faculty of Agriculture of Piacenza, on compliance with integrated insect pests control in order to create an ever better and healthier wine .
